Christmas Shoe Box Swap 2013

Last week at our monthly demonstrator connection get together we each brought a shoebox swap with a Christmas theme.  You can NEVER get started on your Christmas cards too early...NEVER. All the cards were all so cute! Here is the one I prepared. I'm so sorry but it's not my original design. The original designer is Claire Daly. It was so pretty, how could I not share.

  Introducing the new and improved Stampin' Trimmer! Although paper trimmers are a common crafting tool, this trimmer was designed exclusively by paper crafters for paper crafters-and because it was made by Stampin' Up!, you know it's a cut above the rest!

Remember how frustrating it was to try and cut regular-sized cards on the old paper trimmer? With the new trimmer, the base has been extended so you can make most of your common cuts and measurements without even extending the ruler!

Have you ever thought you were getting a straight cut, but it turned out to be bowed? The new handles and cutting track are so stable, your cuts will be perfectly straight! This tool is all about ease-the cutting track is longer than 12" making it so easy to cut or score a full sheet of cardstock without having to remove any of the blades!

Convention Swap 2013

I attended my very first Stampin' Up! Convention this year. It was the 25 year anniversary and if I was going to attend any, it was going to be this one! This is the Swap I made. I decided at the VERY last minute that I was going to make swaps. I mean, how do you attend convention and NOT bring swaps, right? There I was several nights in a row, me, my paper, framelits and big shot...I was so excited about attending Convention that I couldn't sleep so it really was a match made in heaven. What do you do when you can't sleep? 

You stamp of course!
